Cheese Puff Pastry Swirls

INGREDIENTS:

  • 30 grams mustard
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 9 slices ham
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 egg, beaten


  • METHOD:

    Lightly roll out the puff pastry and spread mustard on top.

    Arrange ham, sliced cheese, prosciutto and sliced cheddar on top, overlapping each item 2 centimeters apart.

    Brush pastry with beaten egg and roll up tightly.
    Slice the roll into 2 centimeters pieces.

    Push a wooden skewer through each piece and brush the outside of each piece with beaten egg.

    Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees C.

    Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
